Help with Transcripted

Install help
Download Transcripted, open the DMG, and drag the app into Applications.
On first launch, Transcripted prepares its speech-recognition engine. The download includes the default speech models; choosing another model may need an internet connection. Once the model is ready, transcription works offline. Writing autocomplete needs a separate local model download.
If setup gets stuck, keep the app open on Wi-Fi for a few minutes, then quit and reopen it.
Permissions
Allow Microphone for your voice. For the other side of calls, allow System Audio Recording Only when macOS asks.
Accessibility enables shortcuts and pasting text into other apps. Calendar access is optional for meeting reminders. Writing autocomplete separately needs Screen Recording access.
If meeting audio is silent, open System Settings > Privacy & Security and check those permissions.
Report a bug
Use GitHub issues for bugs, install trouble, or missing docs. Include your macOS version, Transcripted version, and what you expected to happen. GitHub issues are public, so do not post private audio, transcripts, or customer details.
